Purchase Policy

  • Order Accuracy: Please ensure that you have selected the correct items, including colours and sizes, before proceeding to checkout. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended, and DUOLI will not be held liable for any errors in selection or duplicate orders.

  • Address Information: Provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your mobile number. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delivery delays, and a re-delivery fee will be charged if the parcel is returned.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments online via bank transfer and Touch 'n Go.

  • Pricing and Refunds: Prices are final upon checkout. Refunds will not be issued if an item purchased is subsequently offered at a discounted price.

  • Order Acceptance: DUOLI reserves the right to accept or reject any order without prior notice for reasons such as:

    • The product ordered is no longer in stock.

    • Payment is not completed and confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the order invoice.

    • We are unable to obtain authorisation for the payment or suspect any fraudulent activity.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for the following reasons: incorrect items or defective items received.

  • Return Conditions: To process a return, please adhere to the following terms:

    • Submit your return request within 7 days from the date you received your order.

    • Return your items within 7 days from the date of return approval.

    • Items must be in good condition: undamaged (return parcel packing is the buyer's responsibility), unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Preorder Policy

  • Preorder Availability: Preorders are for items that are not yet available in ready stock.

  • Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): The ETA may vary between items, even within the same preorder batch. Please refer to the individual product page for the specific ETA.

  • Stock Availability: If additional stock becomes available, ready stock will be offered.

  • Changes and Notifications: If there are any changes to the ETA or if the preorder item becomes out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances after your order is placed, you will be notified via email.

Delivery Policy

  • Shipping Time: Orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours on working days (unless stated otherwise or as per ETA) upon payment verification.

  • Order Processing: Orders are shipped according to their order number. We do not combine orders.

  • Shipping Charges: All applicable shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Lost Parcels: In the event of a lost parcel, we will assist with the claim for a refund from the courier company. Once the refund is processed, we will issue a cash refund to you. (*Please note: The responsibility for delivery lies with our third-party postal service providers.)

Measurement / Representation of Item

  • Measurement Variations: Measurements may vary by 0.5 to 1 cm due to production processes. Such variations are not considered defects. Exchanges are available at your own cost.

  • Colour Differences: Colours displayed may vary slightly between different screens due to varying device specifications. This is particularly true for brighter hues. These differences are not considered defects or incorrect items. Returns and exchanges are available at your own cost.

  • Light-Coloured Items: Light-coloured items may have slight small black dots that are not immediately noticeable. As this does not affect the overall appearance, it will not be considered a defect or heavy stain.

  • Minor Imperfections: Items with minor imperfections (such as loose threads or slight dotted stains) that do not affect their overall appearance will not be considered defects.

Bounced Parcel Due to No Collection by Receiver

  • Notification: Customers will be contacted if we receive a return parcel bearing their name.

  • Re-Delivery Costs: The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer. DUOLI will cover the re-delivery cost if the error is on our part. Further details regarding re-delivery will be provided to the customer.

  • Combining Orders: DUOLI reserves the right to refuse any request to combine bounced parcels with new orders.

  • Unclaimed Parcels: Any unclaimed bounced parcels will be forfeited after a 30-day grace period.

Consultation of Sizing

  • Sizing Advice: If you are unsure about sizing or fit, please consult us beforehand. Ensure you have your body measurements ready for accurate advice. Our recommendations are based on the measurements provided and our fitting knowledge. DUOLI is not liable if the recommendation does not fit.
